Minutes of the Wellow Parish Annual General Meeting of 16 May 2006
Present: Councillors Betts, Colston, Elvin, Humphreys, Lewis, Martin (Chairman) and Watson. District Councillor Dawson, Clerk and 7 parishioners. The election of Councillors was organised by Richard Holland.
1. Chairman Alex Martin was unanimously elected as Chairman. Proposed by Shirley Betts and seconded by Gordon Lewis.
2. Vice Chairman Ronald Humphries declined to be re-elected. The position was unfilled and it was decided that members could consider proposal to this post at a following meeting. Councillor Pike joined the meeting at 7.55pm. Apologies were accepted.
