Annual General Meeting of The Bell Ringers

Present: Brian Sutton, Angie Stevens, Hetty Bray, Tim Bray, Sue Nandi, Geoff Pike, Clover Holland, Richard Holland, Jill Tremellen.
Nominations:
# The practice of appointing a Tower Master as opposed to a Tower Captain at Wellow has been continued as this historically has been the accepted title in Wellow!
*Brian and Richard to share the tasks of Tower Master intil March when the situation will be reviewed.
Sunday Services: 1st, 2nd, 4th & 5th Sundays to gather in the tower at at 10.30am to ring for 11.15am service.
Practice night: Fridays 7.30pm to 9.00pm
Membership to the Bath and Wells Diocesan Association of Change Ringers: AGM to be held at Keynsham on 5th February 2000, at 3.00pm. St. Julian's ringers to belong to the association as a Tower. This will entitle us to a copy of the Newsletter, to be e-mailed Tim who will distribute, prior to meetings and events. Individuals can apply to be members at the cost £3.50 pa, eligibility is to be able to ring up, ring down and ring rounds.
Repair Project 2000: to repair the chiming Apparatus.
Annual Outing: Brian kindly offered to arrange an outing to Thorncombe, Winsham & Briad Windsor which will include lunch possibly at Forde Abbey and a visit to a Craft Fair.
